“M3M Opus at M3M Merlin” is a Residential Project forming an integral part/constituent/block of the larger project M3M Merlin, developed and promoted by /s Consolidate Realtors Private Limited (“Promoter”), on part land admeasuring 0.404 Hectares (1.00 Acre) of the total licenced area admeasuring 5.4 Hectares (13.344 Acres) situated in the revenue estate village of Badshahpur, Sector-67, Gurugram, Haryana. Approval for which was granted by DTCP vide Memo No. LC-1142-II-JE(VA)-2019/18762 dated 06.08.2019 and further renewed vide DTCP vide Memo No. LC-1142-II-PA(SK)-2024/22537 dated 22.07.2024. Building Plans for the Project have been approved vide ZP-748-VI/PA(DK)/2024/2771 dated 03.09.2024. The Project is duly registered with Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority vide Regn. No. RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/876/608/2024/103 dated 10.10.2024. All details of the said registered project are available on www.haryanarera.gov.in and may be verified before by the viewer/recipients at their own independent discretion.
