Job Overview: Seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our project team for the execution of high-rise residential and commercial developments in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing project schedules, monitoring progress, resource planning, and ensuring timely project delivery aligned with quality and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project schedules using tools like *Primavera P6* or *MS Project* for all phases of construction.
- Track project progress against baseline and update schedules regularly.
- Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks and suggest corrective measures.
- Prepare weekly/monthly project reports including progress, delays, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with site execution teams, architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and contractors for integrated planning.
- Assist in budget preparation, cost planning, and cash flow projections.
- Monitor material procurement timelines to ensure availability as per schedule.
- Support project team in resource allocation, manpower planning, and productivity tracking.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide schedule insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and reporting requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in *Primavera P6, **MS Project*, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, especially for *high-rise residential/commercial buildings*.
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies (CPM, EVM, etc.).
- Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in handling planning for *20+ floor high-rise buildings*.
- Exposure to Noida real estate regulations, local authorities, and project clearance workflows is an added advantage.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable but not mandatory.
