Position Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Engineer to manage and prepare accurate billing for high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of quantity surveying, rate analysis, client billing, and contractor billing in line with project timelines and contractual terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify *client and subcontractor bills* as per the work executed on site.
• Review and validate *BOQs (Bill of Quantities), **work orders, **POs, and **contract agreements*.
• Coordinate with site execution teams for measurement sheets, work progress, and billing inputs.
• Prepare *RA bills*, final bills, reconciliation statements, and other billing documentation.
• Ensure accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and GFCs
• Maintain billing records, supporting documents, and manage billing cycle timelines.
• Prepare *rate analysis* for extra/non-BOQ items.
• Work closely with planning, procurement, and accounts teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Assist in preparing cost-to-complete (CTC) and project cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with *GST*, tax deduction norms, and statutory billing requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in *client billing, **subcontractor billing, and **quantity surveying* for high-rise projects.
• Proficiency in *MS Excel, **AutoCAD*, and billing software (e.g., ERP systems, Tally, or any construction billing software).
• Good knowledge of *IS codes*, rate analysis, and material reconciliation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing bills and measurement sheets.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, terms, and commercial conditions.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in billing for *20+ storey residential or commercial projects*.
• Exposure to *Noida-based construction norms* and development authority guidelines is an added advantage.
