Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and engaging female Product Briefing Specialist to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for providing detailed product briefings to prospective clients, showcasing various real estate options and products available. Your goal will be to enhance the client experience through effective communication, product knowledge, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
  • Print Media Advertising: Plan, develop, and execute print media campaigns (newspapers, magazines, brochures, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Outdoor Advertising: Manage and implement outdoor advertising strategies, including billboards, transit ads, and other out-of-home (OOH) media.
  • Media Planning & Buying: Identify the most effective media platforms for advertising; negotiate and purchase media space across various channels ensuring cost efficiency and maximum reach.
  • Agency Coordination: Liaise with creative, media, and production agencies to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Production Process Oversight: Work closely with internal teams and vendors to oversee the production process of marketing materials — from concept development to final delivery.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop marketing plans, budgets, and timelines in alignment with business goals. Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Market Research: Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform media planning and creative direction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to print and outdoor media.
  • Proven experience in media buying and agency coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of print production processes and timelines.
  • Excellent planning, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools for media planning and performance tracking.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets.
  • Creative mind-set with a strong eye for design and brand consistency
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
